My son has been warded for 2 days. Registration process took 3 hours before we able to get room. Not so sure this due to insurance or availability of room. Alhamdullilah finally able to get single room. The services and room are great. Discharge process only 10 minutes. Recommended for others 👍🏼👍🏼

Alhamdulillah, I'm very impressed with everything this hospital has to offer from A to Z. Hospitality - Everyone is absolutely friendly and makes you feel less alone. From receptionist to nurses, doctors and even cleaners. Not one person was rude to me. Cleanliness - Excellent. Cleaners are always cleaning so it was very hygienic and sanitary. Service - Very fast! I went to the emergency to admit my child, and within an hour, we consulted the doctor and she was already on her IV drip! Room - Room was spectacular beyond words. I didn't expect to get a very cosy and comfortable room with TV, couch and a mini lounge area. Definitely worth my money, but there's no WiFi. Affordability - Affordable for a private hospital! I would definitely come here again, Insha'Allah. This hospital makes me really happy and I truly believe they live by the term 'Ihsan', striving for perfection from every corner. May Allah reward them for their effort and professionalism 💖

just gave birth to my 2nd baby on 3rd of oct 2023. Alhamdulillah it was very smooth and easy process. nurses are very kind and truthful. always remind me to selawat. My o&g is Dr Mashita. The best Dr I must say and i am not regret on choosing her to be my o&g this time! thank you Dr Mashita and the nurses!!

Amiable environment….all stuffs are very helpful and friendly….delivery nurses are well-behaved, experienced and kind! Breastfeeding nurse is very friendly and super caring!!! Overall service is praiseworthy and cost effective……Had a great experience there…

The single-bedded ward is very spacious compared to Hospital Annur and Asia Columbia Hospital I've been to. Rate per day is very cheap relative to the space you've been given. They have 3 VIP rooms with a price of RM260/day. Unfortunately the new VIP ward (the one advertised) has one only at the time of this review. The other 2 are not the same as advertised.

I can see Registration, Emergency,O&G specialist clinic,admission,billing,GL,payment,pharmacy and 3 sharing restroom at Ground floor.Enter at 2nd door and Receptionist will guide you
